Internationally-known Direct Response Marketer, Dave Dee, writes in his blog today that he has managed his time so that he has time for his family. It's a touching story about a date he had with his 9-year old daughter.

Dave has learned how to schedule time for what is important. All of us working in our own businesses need to be vigilant about that. We need to plan, schedule, keep lists, and know that SOMETHING will come up to throw all your best plans out the window.

And only when you have organized yourself to be ready for that will you really be successful on your own.

I will continue to blog about being organized as a solo-preneur (although I ALWAYS recommend that you have at least ONE other person working with you, even if virtually) so that you will have time for the important things of life: your family.

Dave's story and his quality time with his daughter deserve high praise.
